Location and amenities where great, we loved that everything was very clean.

The property is neat with a modern design, and the buffet breakfast is above average. Well-trained staff with a very good service and non-smoking room.

We had a relaxing stay here, everything was great. Non-smoking & brand-new room with an upgraded bathroom. The breakfast was gorgeous and tasteful, appreciated this place. Amazing base for exploring Batu Ferringhi.

The whole place was impeccably clean and the staff were very frendly. The pool was very clean. Relatively quiet location, near night market car park. The beach nearby was tidy and the view was splendid.

Location was perfect, room was newly renovated, breakfast was nice hot. The beach was beautiful and close to the hotel. The bed was comfy and it was great having climate control, hairdryer and sound-proofed windows.

Luxury rooms and excellent service...

Everything was wonderful and rooms were cosy and fab. The beach was sandy. Moreover, hard rock cafe was 5 minutes' walk away. I slept so comfy in the soft bed. I loved that the pool bar was tidy. Cool hotel, brilliant service.

It was tidy, staff were WELL ORGANISED. The staff did all they can for a wonderful stay.

Really enjoyed that the hotel was great! It is near to the good beach. The music bar was a plus. Professional staff interactions. Regarding price, think it's attractive and competitive value for money for Penang.

Everything was lovely in this hotel, including the food and location. The staff was friendly and provided outstanding service. Comfortable bed in the room with the sea view. I truly enjoyed that it was a couple of blocks away The Ship Batu Ferringhi, cause I prefer eating out.

Superb views and service, there was free WiFi. Batu Feringgi Beach was 400 feet from the hotel. The pool is nice and relaxing too.

service and the food made the stay comfortable. rooms were large. starbucks is easy walk to the hotel. fabulous base for city break in penang.

Hotel's close to main attractions like kek lok si temple. A view of the hills from our window. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like The Ship Batu Ferringhi that was only 15 minutes' walk away.
